I want someone that knows how to take care of the yard I spent 30 years on. Not just MOW and BLOW. There were also grassy weeds in the front flower bed that really showed up after all the mulch was gone, but they didn't remove those. They had good on line reviews but their service is not for me.

Juan removed the failed material, cleaned the joints properly, installed new backer rod where needed, and applied the sealant with great attention to detail. He was honest about what could realistically be accomplished without replacing the concrete. He had a quick turnaround, completed the job promptly, and left everything looking much cleaner and more professional than before.
