Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience. The sliding gate is now sinking to the point where it scrapes along the concrete every time it's opened or closed. Several boards are also coming loose, and the gate is becoming increasingly unstable. At this rate, it's only a matter of time before it either comes off the track completely or gets stuck altogether. I've reached out to Holly multiple times over the past several months regarding what is clearly warranty work--and after viewing it last summer, she has even agreed that it is covered. However, despite that acknowledgment, getting anything actually scheduled or repaired has been a completely different story. Responses take weeks, and when they do come, it's usually more questions or runaround instead of any real progress. I feel like I'm being strung along in circles while the condition of the gate continues to get worse. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing to have a company admit responsibility but still fail to follow through. A warranty doesn't mean much if it isn't honored in a timely and professional manner. I would not recommend this company if you expect reliable follow-up or accountability after installation.

I contracted with JR & R Concrete to replace a concrete slab in the front of my house. In addition, there was about a one foot piece of concrete that had broken off (see pic) where they had "kind of" tried to patch it without my noticing. They were quite expedient at cashing my check after they poured the slab. And my contact at the company repeatedly reminded me of their quality and their 10-year warranty. However, when I asked them repeatedly to repair these two issues over many many weeks - they were not too efficient. They did eventually come out and repair the paint overspray. However, the broken piece was never repaired. Many weeks of promises by them to repair the damage and finish the job - but nothing, I finally had to hire another concrete company to finish the job. These are some texts from my contact at JR & R Concrete: "Been busy gonna send a guy to fix it ill let you know when tommorow" [They sent this to me weeks ago - no follow up.] "Were out of town working that's why it hasn't been repaired we are in Moore Oklahoma working been here for 2 weeks be patient nothing crucial easy fix we will be back this weekend We will fix it when we're back in town" [That was 2 weeks ago - no follow up.] My advice with JR & R, caveat emptor.

Good price, quick to come out and do the work. I had them do two projects. A stamped concrete patio which looked great, and a front walkway. The walkway started to crack about a month after it was installed. First one crack, then another. That's when I decided to contact them. Since then, more cracks. We have been going back and forth over text for 5 months now. Occasionally, there is a response. Even a commitment that they will come out. Nobody has. Roll the dice - if there is no problem with the work they do, they are great. If something happens and you need them to come back out and fix their work, you may be out of luck like me.
