Despite being so rich, it wasn't over powering and had the peaches and goat cheese to cut the richness. The biscuit itself was so flaky and buttery! I could have definitely eaten 3 biscuits and called it a day! The chef came out to personally tell the crowd her youngest son was the one who "perfected" the recipe and man props to her son! I can't wait til they decide to sell that sauce in a jar. The oxtail grits were good, I wish they added more gravy but the taste was there.
