Ended up here while looking for wall shelves and similar storage solutions. It was somewhat difficult for me to find what I was looking for. I kept ending up in the unofficial "storage solutions" section, which included over-the-door racks, drawer organizers, shower caddies, and various cabinet organizers. Figuring there had to be something else, I looked for an employee to ask for help and couldn't find anyone. The store was the size of a Wal-Mart, and the whole time I was there, I only saw two employees - one at a checkout counter and one stocking merchandise. Eventually, I asked the latter for help, and they seemed rather uninterested, like I was distracting them from something else. I usually prefer not being approached or guided by employees, but that's not the same as not being able to find any help when you have a question about a product. I did eventually find wall shelves in the "wall decor" section, which held things like picture frames, clocks, and wall art. That's not a problem, I just wish I was able to get help finding it and not have to just wander through the store lost. The shelves, clocks, and other wall installations were really haphazardly organized, as if they'd just been shoved onto the shelves in any random order. There wasn't a lot of variety in them, so we kind of settled for something mostly because we really didn't want to have to go to another home goods store. The store as a whole is... fine, I guess. But between the disorganization and the difficulties in finding anything (including someone to check you out), I wouldn't go there again.

This review is for their customer service and customer commitment, especially from Brian P. We bought covers for our furniture, and the salesperson sold us the wrong style for our "L" shaped seating unit. When we came back with the covers to return them, Brian helped us. He took back the old covers and gave us, at no additional charge, the covers we needed, even though they were more money. He said that their salesperson should have known better and that they would make this right. They were missing one section of the zip together cover unit, and Brian has been chasing the manufacturer to get this free cover piece for us, and updating us on the expected delivery. They have way bigger and better customers than us, but Brian is all over making this right for us. Lots of companies are good on the front end, when you're about to hand them money, but not many are good afterwards. Well, Clover is very dedicated to making your whole experience great. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.
