The owner/instructor (Duriya) was very nice and the nail tech student (Tocoya) was even more welcoming. She was attentive and personable. My nails were pretty. Tocoya ran into a simple issue with the technique she was attempting but the instructor coached her through the process with ease. My appointment was at 11:00. I arrived at 11:12. However. I called to notify them of my tardiness. The receptionist gave me no problems. There were other students in uniforms practicing different nail techniques through out the entire building. The instructor ensured that Aiyanna was clear on how to go about the cut. Aiyanna was meticulous and dedicated to cutting my hair correctly.
