Most of the staff have a college degree, which is in contrast to many of the programs that we looked at when we moved to Memphis. The teachers are all so very kind and patient with the toddlers, and the experience is very play-based (no screens/computers/iPads for the littles, which is a plus for me)! The entrance is secure (locked when the children are there), and each of the three times (in a year) that my son has had a "boo-boo" he has been treated appropriately and I've been notified promptly. The teachers have followed our dietary preferences with no questions or problems, and I get a daily report about what activities my son enjoyed and how he napped. We also have individual conferences with the teachers once each semester. My two year-old comes home talking about his teachers and his friends, and he LOVES going to school. The classes are small, so he gets a lot of attention. I'm a happy mama!

Know that we are more than disappointed, shocked, and confused about why we (and some of you) were singled out to receive such offenses. But, in the end, are thrilled that it pushed us into our current situation with FAR better and trustworthy care, where questions are answered with thoughtfulness and collaboration; lacking any harassment, condescension or bullying like we received at this facility from the director.
