They are unprofessional, make rules as they go, constant cutoff times changing daily because they are in constant need of new employees. No consistency. And on top of that, my child got hurt multiple times with no explanation behind it besides they are understaffed and the teacher wasn't watching him properly. Having to go back and pull cameras to see what actually occurred. Your lack of ability to retain employees is no where near a good excuse as to why my toddler is not being taken care of. All their good teachers left.

He had a really good teacher, and the whole program helped him to be more prepared for kindergarten . Almost 3 years ago I came back with my girl being just 2 years of age and she also loved her teacher and the entire staff The have different programs that accommodates to the kids-Parents schedule and that changes depending on the children's age . For 2 yo they have the Two day full time ( Tue and Thu ~ 9- 2 ) For 3yo : Two day full time ( Tue and Thu ~ 9 - 2 ) or Three day half time ( Mon, wed, fri ~ 9- 12 ) For 4Yo: Two day full time, Three day half time, or 5 day half time (Mon-Fri ~ 9-12 ) Prices are very reasonable and the kids get really good jumpstart in school.

They provide a hot nutritious lunch every day as well as breakfast and snacks, which is great because it savings me the time of packing and hauling 3 meals a day for each child. They have a playground and when the weather is poor they have a full size gym that the kids go to to run around and ride bikes and stay active, twice a day. It also has cameras in every room so that I can check in on my kids throughout the day which I love. It is also one of the few daycare centers actually in the city of Germantown. I feel like everyone there cares about my children. All the teachers, even ones they haven't had seem to know their names. They are a great balance of learning and play for the older children as well.
