We are a hardworking team & yes we do have fundraising just like any other sport out there. Nobody is forced into purchasing anything or even participating in the fundraiser, it is all optional. I personally believe in my own opinion the dance teachers are dressed professional for the profession they are in (Comfortable clothing, leggings,sneakers, etc) I just hate to see people out there using fake names on Yelp reviews trying to ruin a dance studios reputation. Many of the dancers have been dancing at this studio for 5+ years, it is like a family. My daughters personally have made the greatest friendships at this dance studio and have learned so much from the staff. They win awards and have built up their self confidence. So I do recommend Elite Dance Studio to anyone looking for a dance studio for a child of any age.

I've been practicing yoga and Pilates for several years, but in recent months I've been seeking a…read morenew exercise class to add to my existing routine. After some research I came to discover Mind Body Barre. I took a Mind Body Barre method class with Caitlin at the Rehoboth location and it was honestly one of the better exercise classes I've taken in recent years. The class runs about an hour and includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class runs at a moderate speed and is accompanied by modern pop music for the entire hour so it really keeps your energy up. The facility is spacious, clean, and well lit. the studio provides all of the equipment you will use in class but I would highly recommend bringing water and a towel. Parking is decent but I would arrive early to get a spot near the entrance. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to visiting the studio again!

Population: Women Work out Style: Barre, Yoga & Pilates Bonus feature: Lavender cool down (5 minutes in Shivasana with the instructor adjusting you in a lavender scented room thanks to the aromatherapy spray they sell) My history: I am not an athletic type, nor in shape and only practiced yoga occasionally. I started and stopped many gym memberships over the years until I found this place. I am happy to report that after my first class here a year ago I have become dedicated to this studio working out 2 or 3 times a week. The workouts don't get any easier but because of all the support I receive here it doesn't matter. I can see the results ( I have actually definition in my arms now!) and am really truly happy.

Not only do that have a competitive dance team and classes for experienced dancers, they welcome people of all ages and levels to come out and have fun. He is very kind and patient, but also expects your best effort every-time you are on the dance floor. If you are looking to dance for fun, competition or that perfect wedding dance you need to contact him today. I recently had the pleasure of meeting his colleagues Holli and Shannon. They were both very warm and welcoming my first time in the studio. I had several dance with Shannon who is from my first impression a high level dancer with a lot of patience. Not dancing for several months I am very rusty and she gently guided me when I tried to remember my steps. The studio is in an Historic Mill Building converted to studio space and is so wonderful. They did a beautiful job of creating the spaces to just feel very comfortable. The dance floor is a dream; so big and well done. I'm so glad I took the opportunity to check this studio out. LOVE this gym…read more Clean. New. Bright. Vibrant. Very updated space. Locker rooms are nice, feels extremely high-end for a gym. Classes are great - Yoga, Zumba, and Step are favorites. Decent schedule and variety. All instructors are great. Offers once a week free Zumba to check-out the gym. Separate room for women-only workouts, which is a nice option. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They are always looking to improve. A little pricier than other gyms in the area - if you aren't going to attend any classes, I am not sure if the added expense would be worth it. But if you like gym classes at all.... ABSOLUTELY worth checking out.

They have every type of class under the sun - spinning, zumba, cardio kickboxing, indoor…read morerowing (the only place in RI), dance, hardcore boot camp, trx training, you name it, they have it. I think my favorite part about this gym is the excellent temperature control. Nothing's worse than a room temperature gym. All of the rooms for classes (each class has it's own room because the place is HUGE) are decorated, classy, and properly cooled. They have smaller sized changing room then is normal for most gyms, but it does have two showers, two bathrooms, and two sinks. Lockers and towels are free. There are plenty of machines, a room for women only, and from what I've seen it's never been too busy. 426 looks like a big warehouse, but they've done a really nice job with it. The manager, Paul, is also very nice - you can get a free 3 day pass to try out the gym and there are a ton of different priced membership/qasi-membership options depending on what you want to use the gym for. They have a parking lot off of Rosa street, with plenty of parking.
