I stopped by here on my lunch and I was surprised to see some name brand purses so I bought a few but then when I returned home I noticed that both of them were damaged not just a little it was damage that could not be corrected. I called the store and asked if I could return them literally just got them few hours before and I was told they could not be returned. Maybe shame on me for not checking each part (limited time) but extremely upset that they would not accept them back the same day. Wont be going back. Anyone want damaged goods!! Definitely not a thrift store, more like a Marshall's or TJ Maxx. No fitting rooms but things are pretty organized, just a lot to go through. I miss when this place was an actual thrift store. read more

Great selection of random products including clothes and shoes at great prices. Many items new in packaging.

The clothes here are super cute and I found a lot of newer brands/ trendy clothes. I spend about $70 for 10 pieces of clothing. The clothes and purses are a bit more pricey than the regular thrift store but it was worth it imo for some items. It was very organized and easier to go through than most thrift stores as well. The reason for the 3 stars because the cashier was giving off a rude vibe. She was upset because she saw me trying on a lot of clothes but because I didn't see a return rack, I put the clothes back myself. She didn't like that and as I was checking out she made a smart remark about "that's why she asks for items to be returned to her" I would suggest to HER, that she put up a return rack outside of the dressing rooms or a sign inside stating where to put items, to prevent confusion on what to do with items we do not want. read more

Positive: VERY organized, clean, easy to scan around! 10/10 Positive: Convenient location. Con: Pricey for a thrift store. Someone else stated that on the google review and they responded back with "you choose to shop here" so I guess they're right lol but again reminds me of tjmaxx prices for a few things but I did find some nice things there. Con: One employee was rude, first time I went it was a different one and she was super sweet loved her! I don't know who I met with a few days ago but she whispered something is Spanish under her breath and I am Hispanic so I understood everything she said. So I would be careful if you're gonna talk smack about customers just because I don't necessarily look Hispanic means I don't know what you are saying about me. Personally, the third experience was the last straw for me, lady was super rude, rolled her eyes at me, smacked the counter when I was purchasing things and I was like alright I'm out But hey there's a few nice things there. read more

I used to come all the time when you had a lot more home goods shoes cloths and jewelry and prices were good. Now prices have gone up way to high and have less to choose from. read more

My son and I stopped into this store on 7/8/23 and the all the ladies who work there were so awesome. They gave such great customer service. I bought some leather Converse sneakers and my son bought Fanny pack for his wife. The beautiful lady that rung my son up was Jacky and Hailey rung my sneakers. My converse sneakers were still like new. Jacky cleaned them off and we had a nice conversation about the sneakers. I would recommend this store to everyone. They're clean and organized and have some really nice, reasonably priced items. The employees are all very helpful too! read more

We went there today for the first time. We are from out of state. We found an item without a price tag and so we took a similar item to the checkout with us. When we got to the checkout they charged us for both items. I went on to explain that the one we wanted didn't have a price tag and only wanted that one. The cashier took the price of the unwanted one I wanted when suddenly the person next to her (who I assume was a supervisor) took both items and placed them on a counter away from us. I explained that we wanted the one item but not the other. She hatefully said that we could not buy the one without the price tag. She slapped the front of the counter and rudely told us that they have a policy not to sale things that are not priced (which I understand). I asked if they could look up the price for it because we would really like to buy it. She got angry and turned her back on us and said no. Again, I had never been to this store and do not know the policy. The anger and unprofessional attitude was completely unnecessary. We have family in the area, but will not be returning to this store. read more

I do costumes for school musicals so I LIVE in thrift stores. Spend a lot of time in the Salvation Army in Manassas which I find a lot in but find it unorganized (no size groupings) and the worst lighting I've ever seen. I literally have to wear a head lamp to be able to see colors and read tags because the lights are so weird. WELL, stumbled upon THIS place yesterday and I can't wait to go back when I have a little more time. Clean and completely organized. Everything is by SIZE. Thank you! Not color. I can go right to a section, find the size I'm looking for and push through the rack. It makes finding something specific SO MUCH EASIER. (Sorry Salvo, but organizing by color is mostly nonsense). To make things even better, almost half the stuff still has tags on it!! Owner (who was VERY nice) told me they buy returns and off season from Macy's, Kohl's, Target, etc. Have special "tag" days so even more savings! Definitely go check this place out! read more
