Horrible customer service every time I've come here. I never even leave reviews, but today did it for me. Don't know who the older native Alaskan man is but he was so undeniably rude. He saw me hit my vape outside in the parking lot and when I got into the store he aggressively asked me if I knew the Alaska smoking laws (of which apparently I did not), didn't wait for me to respond and then said "give me your ID" of which I did, still in shock over this short exchange of words. I left shortly after without purchasing anything bc there's 100 dispensary's that know how to actually talk to people like people. The prices and flower are NOT good enough for all the weird behavior. Makes me wonder if management sucks so bad the employees can't help but be rude. read more

I have been a regular customer and getting the sale pre rolls on numerous occasions on Thursdays which is when I usually go. I have been using my points along with the sale item on many Thursdays. Today I was told I can't use my points if it's on sale! The last 10 times I could which set the precedent with me. I was extremely disappointed that they chose to lose a loyal customer. This is a really nice group of people working here. They have a reasonably priced ATM in the lobby, a garage styled glass door vestibule (that's open on nice days). Every person that works there is absolutely a joy to deal with!!! It's a super clean facility and is laid out well so when there's a few people you can actually still browse without being on top of one another. I personally only munch edibles so I won't detail on product, however can assuredly state they have a great selection. I enjoy stopping here and even leave with a doggie treat so yay! I informed her I wanted a pre roll and she told me the most popular in great reviews and then offered a deal utilizing my points for the best of the best at a crazy price. This is the only dispensary I go to! As a trained and experienced Cannacian (Cannabis Clinician) I'm very impressed with the staff's knowledge, the store's variety, and efficiency. This is what I call a wellness center and not just a dispensary. Every other patient/customer that I've seen in there have been just as impressed and appreciated the service. Needless to say you don't need to question this one. You'll get what you're looking for and any questions you have will be answered with experience and kindness. Previous reviews are more negative and I personally hadn't experienced any thing except a little bit of a wait. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes though. I'd rather bud tenders be thorough no matter what, and if there is a little line doesn't mean they should rush just to make things fast. read more

We were heading out of town this Wednesday morning When we got out of the truck the owner came out and screamed at us for parking in the far lot. We'd never been there before, there was no one else around, there erre no signs posted,and if they'd had a sudden five person rush there would have been plenty of room. Don't go there at night - they have 1 person it takes a long time to get anything. They seem to go through a lot of employees.

Things have improved. They fixed the atm. Most new workers are helpful and kind. I go here pretty frequently now that I moved across town and the building is really nice. read more

I went to the manager show what I given. Basically she oh nothing more or not even saying the next time you come in we will give extra off since product was not up to Standard.
