I complained many times as he also throws weights which is a safety hazard, yet again he is never spoken with. That assurance was ignored, and my account was drafted anyway -- money that was allocated for rent due this weekend. Their response? "We'll refund it in about a week." Meanwhile, another charge is still scheduled. So their idea of resolving a billing error is to hold your money and continue drafting your account. When I called to address the issue, a male staff member laughed during the conversation and repeatedly dismissed my concerns with "that's your opinion." When someone explains that rent money was taken from their account, laughing and deflecting is not customer service -- it's blatant disrespect. I was also told by Travis Green that he would contact ABC Fitness and follow up with me. He never called back. This seems to be the pattern here: say whatever diffuses the situation in the moment, then fail to follow through. Between billing mistakes, empty promises, and unprofessional conduct, this location has shown a complete lack of accountability. If you sign a contract here, monitor your bank account carefully and get everything in writing. Verbal assurances appear to mean very little.
