The small class size with three teachers makes such a difference, every child is truly seen, heard, and nurtured. One of my favorite parts is getting photos and videos throughout the day. It makes me feel connected and reassured, and I love being able to see the joy on my kids' faces while they learn and play. She was incredibly shy and the first couple weeks were tough getting her used to the drop offs (she had been solely at home with me for the first 2.5 years of her life) but Ms Nichole was so patient and helped us slowly ease into everything and met my daughter where she was at. Now my daughter gets excited to go to school! Ms Nichole and Ms April and Ms Crystal go above and beyond not only to support the children, but to make families feel welcomed and cared for as well. We feel that our daughter is genuinely known and loved here for who she is and that's a gift beyond words. My daughter had some anxiety surrounding circle time and Ms.Carrie was wonderful in bringing it to my attention that it was just overwhelming for my daughter and that it was completely ok and she would accommodate my child's need for a different activity.
