I loved it this place was pretty cool for the toddlers me and my friend brought the kids here to play both three years old had the time of their lives eating pizza , running around, climbing and hiding . We attended on either a Saturday or Sunday which was pretty chill around 3pm . A few parties was going on but not too bad cause they were able to still enjoy ourselves. They had a few snacks, drinks and candy for purchase inside that the kids will go crazy for once they see it , just as well as pizza is available for purchase that was ordered from a 3rd party place behind the facility, which is very convenient. They delivered it right over and then the employees called you to come and get your pizza once it has arrived. They also had a play area for smaller babies as well like kid 1 and possibly under but the whole building is decorated for the younger kids if you ask me ages 1- 10 i would say or even 1-7 that's what most of the crowd looked like. After a remodeling, Catch Air has come back strong and better than ever. The place is a lot more interactive for the kids and they have maximized use of the play spaces. I would also like to emphasize their commitment to cleanliness. The staff is constantly wiping surfaces down and keeping all the elements in the respective places. Unless, you brought it in, the likelihood of you taking something out back home with you is greatly reduced (germs & cooties!!!). How adorable is this place! I've always seen it but thought it was still closed due to renovations. However, my son's friend invited us to a birthday party here today and my goodness! So much fun! He thoroughly enjoyed himself and now I know where to go for some quick fun that opens at 10am! It's very similar to that of a Chuck E. Cheese but no arcade, and pretty small. This is a genuinely nice place to bring your children, but they have a major downfall. Their memberships are incredibly easy to sign up for, but they make it difficult to cancel. This is an extremely immoral and predatory practice that many businesses utilize to maximize profits at the expense of their previously loyal and repeat customers. Memberships should be as easy to cancel as they are to subscribe. If anyone has any problems cancelling their membership with Catch Air, please document your efforts and report them to the FTC. I had a birthday party for my kids here and service was so terrible I had to send apologies to all my guests. The party package said we would get a coordinator for set up and clean up, juice for each kid in the party, birthday pass. The coordinator didn't set up. She moved so slow that I had carry things to the room so that we would have enough time. Coordinator didn't even provide enough utensils knowing there's a party of 16 kids. The pizzas we had ordered didn't arrive but coordinator proceeded to rush us and said we needed to get out at 8 pm. Hello, we ordered pizza from you, if pizzas aren't here, how are we supposed to eat. Pizzas came at 7:30. I later found out that they didn't clear out the previous party in time, so we got our room late, but yet they thought it was still appropriate to rush us. The coordinator didn't provide 16 juices and birthday pass per party package. I'll be honest here the package isn't cheap. So I'm expecting to receive what is in the package, but they didn't give it and only kept rushing us out. The room we were in was extremely hot. All of the guests were so uncomfortable. Imagine being rushed to eat pizza while sitting in a hot room. Cherry on top was the cashier running our credit card on the wrong party. It's as if they are not even using their brains now. The facility was clean and the idea fun but there was a young girls, probably 6 years old running around for over 30 minutes with a white plastic knife in her hand. I asked her to give it to me and she refused so I watched for a parent/caretaker and no one seemed to be watching her AND my biggest issue was when I tried to find a staff person for over 15 of the 30 minutes there was no one in sight-not at front desk or out on the floor with the kids. After the girl with the plastic knife tried to cut my grandson with the knife and I heard him screaming in the ball pits we decided to leave. As we were putting his shoes on, several staff members came out of the back room together. I told them what had happened and it is not cool. It was a fun place but cannot return nor does my 4 year old grandson want to return because he said he is a afraid of the " mean girl". With literally no supervision and they charge for $5 for a 2nd adult to literally be the supervision the staff does not provide, not going back to the Snellville location. read more

This is the second time that we have been to this indoor playground. Catch Air is an overall nice facility and they do offer something for young toddlers and older kids. The problem with this place is that the facility is not large enough to accommodate the volume that this place receives. On the weekends this place is way too packed. The bathrooms here are extremely clean and always well maintained. The equipment is in pretty good condition. When I visit indoor playgrounds, I do enjoy going down the slides with my youngest, however Catch Air does not allow parent/child interaction. Almost everything here is limited to kids who are 4 feet or less in height, yet you will see teenagers running around. They do an okay job making sure there is not enough ruff house going on, as the place is located with cameras everywhere, it looks like big brother house...... The prices at the Snellville location are $10 per child. I would recommend Catch Air if you are close to this area, otherwise if you are closer to Lawrenceville/Dacula area I would say to visit Kids Up Dacula, which is a larger in-door playground facility, the cost is less and they offer daily discounts (using the facebook page password of the day). Not a place for infants or heathy children. The place is disgusting. There is hair in the ball pit. I was there on Saturday for two hours no one cleaned anything during this time. I just spoke with a supervisor named tayawnna johnson who said they clean every 30 mins. This is a bold face. My son got the flu from this location. And he doe not go to daycare it was definitely this location that got him sick. Look around for yourself the place is gross and not well managed. Nothing for infants at all. Nice for kids about 6 and under. The big kids enjoy the ball throwing at the wall game but they'll eventually get bored unless it's multiple of them together. I seriously want to advise you guys to put a sign and age limit to the spin chair. I saw a lady with maybe 1 year old child on there and a boy spinning it very fast at a point i had to stop them. The baby flew out and the second time he did it the baby's eyes were shaky back n forth. Some ppl don't have common sense so I would advise you guys to put up a sign for at least 4years and older. read more

I took my god sons here for the day & they were less than thrilled. Unlike the other locations, this one will not allow food past the entrance. No problem. We sat all 6 kids down as they ate breakfast in front of the cubbies. It's hard to impress kids when all they seem to do is point out the differences in locations. This location does not have the same amenities as John's creek. It also seems a lot more closed in with less space. Kids know & will tell you. Catch air is a great place for kids, age 2 to about 11. There are all sorts of contraptions for kids to enjoy. There are several slides and bouncy houses. There are interactive TV screens, spinning balls suspended from the ceiling. They've even added cute little "workout" equipment in the toddler area. There's a dance floor in the middle of the building, with a big projection screen over it that has dance along videos. This is a lot of fun, and the music always gets me moving. Lol. Catch air has something for all ages, I love that the toddler area is separated from the rest of the facility, this means the big kids can run free and not have to worry about hurting the smaller children. There are a variety of snacks and drinks geared toward kids, but lots of adult options also. Selections include Ice cream sandwiches, chips, popcorn, also sodas juices and water. They also have wifi This location is closest to where I live, so I'm here a lot. It's seems like every few months they add new toys/attractions for the children. Today (Sunday around 2pm) the crowd is minimal and the air is nice and crisp. The bathrooms are clean, all of the equipment is working, and the popcorn is fresh. And, with what gas transpired here ...I will inform my children to cancel/nor plan any events for my numerous grandchildren at this facility. My daughter celebrated her 5th birthday here. For only 200 dollars it was definitely worth it. They gave us two free large pizzas from a promotion they had going on. They even give you a pass to come back later. Kids had a lot of fun. Only complaint I have is I booked party for 4pm and they close at 6 and they want you out the door by 6 so the end felt rushed. We want to thank Tania for her professional and warm welcome. She is such a professional. She had care and worked hard to keep this massive place as clean as possible. Each time I saw her she was cleaning the ball pit atleast 3 times or more while we were there. I wish everyone took that much time to do their job correctly. Place was a little small but had big fun for the kids 4, 6, 8. We had all grand kids that day total of 7. I was thankful for this discovery and had fun. I wish they had real food for the kids. Really really enjoyed this place for my 2yr old. She had a blast, it was definitely a huge play place but safe enough for my Toddler. The only thing I did NOT like is that the managers were not stern enough about adults having mask on. Even after I made note at the front about adults not wearing mask they made an announcement but failed to walk around to tell adults to put on their mask. Went to Catch Air Snellville for some afternoon fun. Stayed for about an hour. Cost $10 per child to get in. I didn't have socks on, but they had some available for purchase for $2.25. Kids had a great time running around and playing on the jumbo inflatable slide, as well as in the "jungle" gym like play area that they have. They also had a Glow In the Dark Dance Party. A fun place to take the kids for a fun afternoon. Wish they had an after school happy hour or something for a couple of hours at a price point of about $6-$8. We'd come often for that. We had my daughters 4th birthday party at this location. The staff was really friendly and very very helpful.Even though we had a big party with about 40 adults and 17kids they managed extremely well. From decorating the room, to time management, to serving lunch and cake , everything was very professional. They showed my daughters pictures which I gave them in a Usb on the big screen with the frozen theme song. It was very emotional. Loved it a lot. Definitely recommend this location. read more

The sign in/waiver process: It's confusing for first timers. I guess the process differs if you're there for a party vs. just to play. The iPad system is tedious (had to press the screen really hard to get the letters to display). The was a young guy there to help though. Price: High compared to similar places in Gwinnett. My 1 year old was $9 (on a Saturday) vs. less than $5 at other places. Play areas: Areas are not restricted by age like at other places. My 1 year old liked the ball pit & giant game screen. But we couldn't stay there because workers came over with a giant ladder to do some work. Great timing guys. The area in the very back with the animals that you can crawl over & under is great for toddlers, but I think my 1 year old was too young to understand the concept. Cleanliness: I saw a couple of workers wiping down toys and play equipment while I was there. Overall, the place seemed clean enough. I didn't notice red flags or anything. Based on price and baby-friendly activities, I'm not planning on visit this place again. I love this place for my 2 1/2 y/o daughter and my 10month old infant. They have a nice area for smaller children. The Staff are always nice and professional and it's affordable compared to a lot of places I've been. I moved to Georgia and this area a few years ago and now that I'm a stay-at-home mother of 2 little ones, this place is a life saver when the kids need to get some good playtime in! This is the first review I've ever left but I really wanted to share our positive experience here. We come almost every week on a week day during the late morning/early afternoon hours! My daughter enjoys the bubbles and glow in the dark dance parties that they have throughout the day. My 10 month old loves the toddler area and is not afraid to slide down or pull up and I think this place is helping him learn to walk soon lol. I do wish there were more food options but there's a nice pizza place near by. It's always clean at Catch Air and the staff are always making sure walking around and being attentive. They make sure that no one will walk out of the facility with your child and I think it's fairly safe. I have no complaints! read more

This place was ran like a urban club. as soon as we walk in, the music was very loud and seemed like they had a playlist from youtube like it was v103. the music was only changed because we requested it and about 30 minutes later they just started playing michael jackson for the next hour. and to top it off, we lost our debit card in the building and i barely went anywhere for it to be lost, and i called and locked it and they said they would look for it, then i realized shortly after locking it that their were attempts to charge cashapp 3x, so its safe to say it was the employees there that did this, so BEWARE read more

I came here on a Saturday afternoon with my kid and she had a blast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, parking lot was good, restrooms were super clean. Indeed very busy, but my kid loves to play and plays well with other kids, so she was a very happy baby. The "Dj" was good, it prevented us, the parents from getting bored, lol. I only had been to another location with my friend's kids few years ago and it seems the other location was bigger. This is our first time here. We're visiting our daughter, son in law & granddaughter in Georgia & took our granddaughter here while her parents attended a wedding. I was very impressed with how well maintained the entire place was kept! For having an entire place filled with kids nothing was dirty, smelly or sticky!! Even the bathroom was spotless! All the things the kids played on were well kept, clean & working. I wish the places in California could take notes from this place! I watched employees go around & sanitize tables after people sat on them. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the employees didn't seem to have any personalities at all. This is one of my favorite places to go for little kids. It is cleaned and sanitized daily. There are special areas for smaller children and night light/bubble time every hour. MAKE SURE TO BRING SOCKS. Everyone, adults included must wear socks. The restrooms are really clean and well maintained. My son is 18 months old and he had a blast!! We went on a Thursday afternoon during the summer. It wasn't very crowded at all. Adults can play with the kids on a lot of the equipment, just ask the workers and they'll let you know what's ok. The employees are really helpful and polite. It says no outside food or drink, but you get a hand stamp, so you can come and go as you please. It really is a great deal and a lot of fun! read more
