I am Shocked that this place has ANY bad reviews. I friend told me to call for Kyle that he's the best at spray tanning. So I called on a Sunday and Kyle answered and sounded super sweet and actually sounded happy to keep the place open late for me!! ON A SUNDAY! These days that level of customer service is rare. Now being a stylist, I know the beauty industry well and have had many spray tans and this BY FAR is the most amazing one I've received. Aside from the high quality tan, Kyle made me feel so so so comfortable. I'm not the most confident about stripping down bare ass in front of a stranger, but I felt completely at ease. I should also say that I am OCD compulsive about cleanliness and I watched him sanitize clean and wipe down everything as he went. He was so particular and wiped down each of my nails at the end. Awful place. I signed up for a three month special at $40/month and I was unsatisfied so I called and cancelled one month in which they said I was allowed to do. All of a sudden I am getting charged $40 every month again because they state I signed up for a three year contract! As I called to talk to them about it I told them I got the same deal as my sister who went through with her deal and didnt cancel. Now they want an extra $100 from her for no reason! Not to mention it is rarely clean, and they are very unprofessional. read more

Place is ehh. Strange/lame motif. Could look a lot better, classy, and inviting. Prices for products are ridiculous and a rip off. Hemp moisturiser sold there is $20 more than Marshalls and other stores you can purchase at. Owner seems to be on a power trip, very opinionated and upper echelon. Obvious young employees with friends always lingering; vibe of a high school hangout. Drama bad mouthing was going on every time I had to sit and wait a few min for a bed. Has room to be much more professional and inviting but would be asking to have a 'new set up throughout and new ppl owning and working there. read more

I love this tanning salon! I don't know why it doesn't have a hire rating- with very limited options around the area for tanning (and with most of the other places having run down decor- weak beds etc) this place is like a five star steak restaurant in the world of tanning. It's very, very clean! The beds are strong!! And the girls working are usually incredibly friendly and helpful. I try not to make a habit of tanning so I don't get packages (so I can't comment on how the packages work) I usually just purchase single visits (and yes it can get pricey for the higher beds- but that makes sense) I went twice in the cayenne bed and i got great color! The facilities are okay, I've been in cleaner and nicer but I've also been in much dirtier. The beds, booths and mystic tan are all about par, nothing awesome but nothing too trashy. My real beef with this place is their total lack of customer service. I signed up for their "monthly club" whatever thing where they automatically take $40/mo out of your bank account and in return you get good discounts when you tan. I used this for a couple of months to get ready for being a bridesmaid in a wedding but after that I stopped going because I moved out of the area. Nine months later, I realized "oh hey, I need to cancel this thing I never use" When I called, I expected a friendly person to say "oh my goodness, no you haven't used this service in 9+ months, I'm so sorry we have been taking your money! Yes of course I will stop this immediately!" But instead I got "okay ma'am you will have to come down here and file a request manually, it will take 30 days to process." When I explained I don't use the service at all and I would like more immediate attention, the response was "well you should have used the service more." When I explained to them that they have basically been getting a free $40 for 9 months at no cost to them and all I was asking for was for them to stop taking my money and that there was no way I was giving them one more month or coming all the way down there in person to stop them from taking my free money, well all I can say is that they didn't agree with me. They decided to keep taking my free money and now I'm filing a claim against them with both my bank and the bbb. read more

Have been going here for about a month and a half and i love it! its very clean, most of the staff are extremely polite. The only thing is that recently some of the beds are not available at the moment, i think they are either fixing or replacing them, not sure. But overall a nice place and great packages to start your tanning experience! read more

Have only tried this place out once on my way home from work but have nothing but good things to say. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I was unsure what I wanted to do so the girl took me on a tour around the salon explaining all of their units and the salon overall appeared to be sanitary. They had three new units in there and the salon looked as though it had been through recent updates. The girl working was extremely knowledgebal and was able to answer every question I had regarding the units and what product I should use. Overall I really liked this place and will be returning before my next vacation! read more

The beds are decent and it seems like it would be a nice place but the staff is beyond snobby and very rude. The one in Wilmington is even worse. Some of the younger staff are nice but the older orange women seem to have an attitude like their better than you. They cancel your appointment if your more than 5 minutes late, they take your finger prints so no one can "steal "your package but it def. seems sketchy. If your a younger tanner or teenager tanning I would suggest World's Tanning in Tewksbury, Revere Tanning, or Hotzone. read more

I signed up for a package of 5 visits in their highest level and I have been nothing but pleased. I haven't had to wait once because there are 4 different beds and a stand-up tanning booth in this package. The girl who signed me up was so friendly and the salon looked pretty clean, so they get an extra star for that because I get skeeved out so easy. They also had a huge lotion wall with so many different lotions I don't think anybody would have trouble finding what they are looking for. I have really enjoyed tanning here! read more
