I have had a few different services here. My first thing I ever had was a deluxe hydra facial with Grace. And let me tell you, if money were no object, I'd be here every 4 weeks like clockwork. For just a little extra than the basic hydra facial, you get a complimentary LED AND dermaolaning (which if you added these separately would be a lot more). So far I have had two with her and definitely plan on coming back. I have also had nail services with Ava, structure gel mani, Dazzle Dry manis and spa pedicures. She is absolutely fantastic, super easy to talk to, very detail oriented and when I was apprehensive to speak up about something (which I did and it totally wasn't a big deal) she reiterated to me that if I had questions about anything, not to be worried about saying something because she wants me to leave happy. And boy , do I leave happy! The owner is also very nice and super knowledgeable and in the future, I definitely want to look into possibly getting IPL photo facial for my rosacea. They also offer brow services, lash services and other kind of skin treatments. I plan on trying those also. I know this was long but I can't say enough good things about this place! read more

First off the salon and spa is beautiful and immaculate. My husband and I had both a manicure and pedicure. Ava and Grace did a great job. They were friendly and professional. It's nice to be able to have a conversation with your manicurist if you choose or close your eyes and relax. I've been getting my nails done for years and honestly Bella Mano is the best in the North Shore. There spa treatments will leave you feeling relaxed and your skin will look amazing. I used to regularly get Dazzle Dry manicures at a different salon, but the quality went downhill, so I decided to find a new place to go. The Dazzle Dry site led me to Bella Mano. My first DD manicure lasted two weeks - far longer than they ever lasted at the other salon. After a few manis, they suggested switching to structure gel to help with my pinky nail, which splits and breaks once it's past the tip of my finger. It's only a few dollars more, but my nails still look great at 3 weeks and my nails do not break, despite it being the dead of winter. I can't speak to any other services, but if I decide that I want to try any skin services I'd definitely trust Bella Mano. read more

I have the worst nails. They peel, chip and crack constantly. Sara gave me a dip manicure for a 10 day trip. This manicure...10 days, 2 countries, 2 theme parks, numerous showers, baths, hand washes, packing/unpacking luggage... Not one chip. I'm obsessed. My nails have never felt or looked better. I visited Bella Mano on Friday for a manicure by Nicole. She was such a perfectionist. Followed up by a Deluxe Hydrofacial with Anna the owner performed with her magical hands. I actually fell asleep on the bed, while I was receiving my service. My skin was glowing when I left and I have not felt like putting anything more than the Moisturizing Complex from iS Clinical on my skin. Best day spa I have ever had used. I have found them through a friend who sung their praises for years. Finally I made an appointment for my manny and pedi and since I have used all of their skin services as well. Anna runs a very professional upscale day spa with a friendly "girlfriend " vibe if you can imagine. It's beautiful and relaxing, while being friendly and inviting. I love the staff, Alyson and Sarah have been there as long as I have been going so you really get to know each other. I enjoy everyone. It is the BEST manicure I have EVER had. They made my little nail numbs look amazing! Two weeks later when my Shellac came off I had beautiful long nails and I had them done again. Too bad I bit them off not too long after. Based on this experience I recommended this place to a friend. Now she will only have her pedi's done here and she lives in Billerica. Bell Mano is by far the best nail salon in the Wakefield Lynnfield area! Yes, it is more expensive but it is worth it! Why? -amazing pedicures -amazing manicures and fills and yes they offer SHELLAC! -amazing ALL NATURAL airbrush tan (see Kelly she rocks) -Anna does a fabulous job waxing she orders a top of the line wax that is great for sensitive skin! -now they offer facial services and I don't doubt those are amazing either. I used to hate getting my nails done. It was never done the way I like, and I'd get internally frustrated trying to get my point across. When I was interviewing for jobs last year I liked getting gel manicures to look a little more put together. After an exceptionally scarring experience down the street (where she left me soaking the entire time she did someone else's pedicure then tore up my nails with a cuticle pusher so badly you could see it under the gel) I walked into Bella Mano and my life was changed. Anna put me under her wing and tried to keep her mouth shut when she saw what they had done. As someone who takes great pride in her work this was very hard for her. My nails have never in my life looked better. They are strong and beautiful and year and a half later I am still a little taken aback by how many compliments I get almost daily! Everyone is wonderfully talented. It feels like an afternoon with my aunts and cousins. They truly care about you. You need to make an appointment at least a few days in advance because they want to give you their full attention. They will not leave you soaking while servicing someone else or destroy your nails rushing to squeeze in the next walk-in. My friends talk about needing breaks from gel manis because their nails get so weak from the removal. Not here. My previously weak, peeling, nails don't feel like my own. I cant recommend Bella Mano more! I went in April for a spray tan as a test run for my wedding day. I am fair skinned and was worried that it would look fake. They were extremely helpful and we picked a shade that looked super normal and I got so many compliments that I looked great and noone knew I had a spray tan. I used them again in August for my wedding and again they picked a shade that was just perfect. They were able to mix two shades so that it matched perfectly. So I just had an incredible body and facial 'sloughing' at Bella Mano this week. Anna added on facials etc awhile back and I've had a few of them, also the best in the area. I always get the feeling that Anna wouldn't offer a service or product that she doesn't try out on herself first so I feel like I'm always in really knowledge and good hands. Back to the body sloughing...2 hours of taking off all the winter drab skin and softening me up for summer. My skin feels so great, even two days later my skin still feels soft and really hydrated.
