I'm attaching a before and after picture - my "before" was taken a few days before my very first treatment, and my "after" is just before my recent touchup (no epilating or shaving). I went in recently for a touchup, since I figured it's better to stay on top of things, and my experience was fantastic. Still the same outstanding service, cleanliness, and speed as before. I was in and out in record time and didn't even experience much redness or irritation.

Then she removed the sterilized laser head from a sterile bag, and immediately puts it down on the non-sterile counter. I reminded her that it wasn't sterile, but she responded "it's clean though." I had to ask her to wipe it with alcohol. Then she applies the laser, the very first shot broke the skin (like she said it wouldn't) and started to bleed. She turns down the power and continues. It seems like you should start low and work your way up, not vice versa. Basic stuff. Lots of blistering & bleeding. Overall: not clean, not knowledgeable, not recommended.

They have been doing this for a long time, they have the BEST lasers (no old crappy ones), and they simply know what they're doing when it comes to your skin/hair. I strongly considered getting a package at American Laser, but I just don't think that you should risk such an important part of your outward appearance just for lower cost. You wear your skin every day, so you want to put it in good hands. This is QUALITY hair removal; I think that's worth the money. I have been coming here for laser treatments, and I wasn't expecting great results since I'm young (your hair is more resilient when you're younger) and I have a darker skin tone (olive/tan, and sometimes I go tanning, too). But I've had great results so far, and I think part of the reason is that they use ICE ROLLERS (which is fantastic all by itself because it significantly reduces your urge to rip a stuffed animal in half as you're getting lasered) - I think that allows them to use a higher strength laser on you without you feeling as much of the pain. I'm not saying it doesn't hurt, but you will definitely get results here - plus, the ice rollers and the good convo with Andrea will make it an easier experience. I've even had good results on areas where the hair is pretty thin and not very dark! Can't see myself going anywhere else for laser treatments (hair removal or otherwise) after coming here.
