I was impressed with his knowledge of where to fish, what to use, and the habits of the wildlife on the river. Also find out the his company also does float trips and rental several different types of water craft for river use. It's not often one that a client gets the owner of the business as a guide, I was fortunate. If you decide to fish the Smith call his company and ask for him. I had no plan to rent a boat but the fleet looked well cared for (almost new) and I jumped. The crew was really nice and helpful. I took out a "Tritoon"with a 200hp Yamaha. The lake is huge and there is some amazing sightseeing. I found a cove, anchored, finished up some work and then went for a swim. My 2 hour rental flew by and when I arrived back at the dock, the crew was waiting to help dock and replace my used fuel. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. For a spur of the moment adventure it was amazing. I highly recommend Bridgewater Marine.

Wow what a surprise! The fish here are INSANE. I'm shocked I never heard of this place. Yeah it's a…read morenice little gas stop/bite to eat, but I was not expecting there to be basically a fish pool here. You can purchase popcorn and other snacks for the fish to eat, then all you have to do from there is put your feet in the water and wait. The fish will nibble on your toes (no worries - it doesn't hurt) and almost jump out of the water for food. Don't pick up the fish or hurt them please. And watch your kids while they're feeding them.

May want to also consider charging less for gas than your full service competitors that are right around the corner. Gas here was at least$0.50 more a gallon than their full service competitors. I'm sure that equates to extra profit from their boat rental customers that don't know any better. We will only be back if it's our only option.
