The customer service was horrible. The billing, a nightmare. This company overcharged our company by thousands of dollars, saying it was a clerical mistake to charge us weekly for a monthly plan. Then, after stopping the service we were still charged, and they now won't return my calls and messages to get refunded. Clearly, this company does not keep track of their billing and accounting and are not worried that they overcharged and are not in a hurry to resolve the issue. My next stop is the BBB and the attorney general.
