So many of my guests commented on the delicious food we served! I felt the pricing was reasonable (especially in this high inflation time) and the catering servers Pam and Marilyn were so efficient and friendly with setup and cleanup. They have a bottle of sauce you can put on your food but do not give you individual containers. As Covid Delta is ramping up, one would expect individual containers. We also ordered the potato salad and it was very bland tasting. Also, for $3.00 you do not get very much potato salad; not a good value. Again, there was a salt and pepper shaker on the food truck tray one could use. But, aside from the Covid comments above, how would one know that there was no salt on it until one tasted it, necessitating another trip back to the truck to get salt. You can order online or at the site on a kiosk. I ordered at the site. Getting a Pulled Pork Sandwich, Macaroni and Cheese, and Baked Beans. Took awhile for the food to come out. The sandwich came out on a toasted brioche bun with the logo branded on it. The sandwich had a fair amount of pork on it but part was warm and part cold. It was chopped up well and had a nice smoky flavor to it. The Mac and cheese was a thicker style but needed a little more flavor to it. Baked beans had a more neutral flavor to them, they added a fair amount of pepper to them to help with flavor. Not bad at all. They were out of cornbread which being open just a couple of hours is unacceptable. I will give them a pass for this visit as they are obviously just getting on their feet. Hopefully it gets better.
