We arrived for my son's bowling tournament to find our we had a flat tire. I also found out my jack and kit were not in my vehicle. One gal called her friend who has the same vehicle make as myself to see if her kit had the right tools. She arrived and sadly did not. Then the manager Steven came out several times, even ran home to try and find what we needed to change our tire. (We needed a specific tool to lower the spare down, dang mopar problems).After many attempts he was sadly unsuccessful.
