Their daily special was a Pickle Pizza (evoo, 4 cheese blend, bacon, smoked pecan bacon, 1/2 sour pickles, dill ranch drizzle) and I had to try it! This was a delicious wood fired pizza. The dough was light and slightly airy with good chew. No leopard spots but nice char. I loved the combination of toppings! Apparently this is a catering company that brings its pizza truck to you. I was sitting there shoving the pizza in my mouth trying to think about what kind of party I could have to have them cater! It's really really good! Unfortunately, they never arrived, never called, and never texted. We received no advance notice at all, which left us and our guests in a really tough spot and gave us no chance to line up a replacement. Things happen, but the lack of communication and accountability is what really stings. When you're planning an event, you need vendors you can rely on. Based on our experience, we would be very hesitant to ever use or recommend them in the future.

As my wife and I were waiting to order, the couple waiting for their order were absolutely raving about the tacos. I was getting excited. The truck serves "street tacos." They are on the small side, and an order of three will set you back about $10, depending on what kind you order. Everything is house made. My wife and I ordered an assortment, sampling both salsas, red and green. Everything tasted the same. Not bad, mind you, but not worth raving over. The street corn seemed like it was steamed or boiled instead of grilled, but I've seen photos on their Facebook page showing that it is grilled, so I don't know. They didn't have guacamole at the time, but I understand they have since added it. They've also added nachos, which I haven't tried. My wife isn't interested in going back, but I want to give it another try. I liked it better than Chihuahua's or Dos Primos. The tacos were a little better than the ones at Honey Badger Grill. However, the quality and quantity of the food that comes out of this small and secluded location is quite astonishing. The pescado frito, while one of the more expensive items on the menu at $17, is an entire fried fish. It also comes complete with a cabbage, pickled onion, and tomato salad, refried beans, queso fresco, plaintain slices, and a mayo ketchup dipping sauce for the slices. The fry on the pescado frito is perfect, and while it would be best straight out of the fryer, she carefully wraps it in aluminum foil so that it largely maintains its texture. The tacos hondurenos de pollo came as a set of three for $7. Once again, the crisp on the shell of the tacos was perfect, and the quality and quantity are exceptional. We also got the horchata for $3 and it was quite tasty. There are some picnic tables set up with umbrellas for dining there as well. The owner is very nice and interacted quite positively with our toddler. I cannot recommend this slightly hidden gem highly enough.
