Very interesting! All I had to do it take off my shoes/socks and roll my pants up to my knees, lay on the comfy massage table and he'd do the rest. Thankfully, I don't have any areas of chronic pain or issues, but if you do--he is very adaptable to your needs. The reflexology massage mostly is inclusive to your feet. When I arrived for my first session, I could not walk without pain. I knew I had come into the presence of a kind, compassionate soul. Fran asked me about my RA and then carefully and precisely started to work through my various areas of discomfort. My arms, the worst of it shoulders to fingertips had lost range of motion, grip and feeling. My finger didn't bend on my right hand. Through her skilled hands and time because it didn't happen over night. I regained proper grip and full range. Yes I do have a Rheumatologist and I get acupuncture. My whole team is aware and supportive of one another. But I am most definitely sure that Frans healing hands have changed the prognosis of my diagnosis.
