The Carson City location near 50 just can't handle the volume of customers they get. The only doctor I ever see working is DR. Edwards. This lack of staff comes into play when there are a lot of customers he tries to rush adjustments leading to a less than satisfactory adjustment compared to an appointment clinic. Today, I went in and there were three people in front of me, meaning I would not be seen for at least 45 minutes. A new customer was coming out from the back and I let him go ahead of me because I was cancelling. He asked why and I gave him the reason above minus the rushed adjustment. I told him the pay per visit was probably a better option. Dr. Edwards took it upon himself to come out and ask me not to bad mouth the clinic to customers. The front desk attendant also chose to get a bad attitude after this point shown by her throwing my cancellation down on the desk. Lack of professionalism by the Doctor and the front staff. I wished them luck and left. As a corporation they need to add Chiropractors to this clinic as it is obviously busy. Again, it's not all the Joint Chiropractic it's just this one.

This was one of the best office visits and adjustments I have ever had. The receptionist was very helpful and courteous and worked me into the schedule on the Friday of a Holiday weekend when she had a cancelation! Thank you! My experience only got better from there when Dr. Dimitry came in to see me. He was very through, listened to my symptoms, asked me questions for clarification, and explained every adjustment he made and why. He is very approachable and didn't try to sell me a "family plan" or some other foolishness. I really felt like he cared about making me better and I appreciate that. I was in a lot of pain when I came in and felt 100% better when I left. I scheduled another visit for next week and am looking forward to feeling better with each adjustment. I didn't mention any problem areas specifically or for her to pay particular attention to a certain area, but when I asked about it Marilyn told me she ran out of time. It is not my responsibility to watch the clock and I was a bit put off by this. I do get massages on a regular basis and this is a first for me. This is not a full body massage in my opinion and I will not be returning.
