Went out there to clean plots today and seems the headstones are sinking. A lady pulled up from the office and I complained to her, she ignored the question about the sinking headstones and just asked if I needed help find someone. She just wasn't interested in my complaint. They had to weed whack around headstones because the mower doesn't mow near the headstones. I have two plots there and ready to sale, the place is a dump

The people are nice but their practices are deceptive and inept. First, know that you are charged…read morefor every space of the obituary. They offer to help write and send because they get a kick back. They list their name, address, and number multiple times. Needs to be stated once. MOST disturbing about the obit they submit on your behalf is that you will pay for the link to send memories that they KNOW does not work. They blame the PJS, but the links in all other funeral homes listed in the PJS do work. YOU CAN SUBMIT THE OBIT YOURSELF and save a lot of money. Second, the family member we buried had prepaid at least $16,000 for their cost. At the time of the meeting with the staff to make arrangements, they had no paperwork present that the deceased prepaid and the funeral home was planning to charge accordingly. Had another family member not been present at the time the deceased prepaid and insisted they had prepaid only a few years earlier, the family most likely would have never known. It took them over 30 minutes to finally locate the prepaid arrangements. So, while the people are nice, remember anyone can be nice and nice does not equal integrity.

I can not tell you how golden their services are! During this stressful time making decisions is tough. They us quickly and respectfully immediately following the death to find our way through all the options. The biggest challenge for us was preparing for and carrying out the memorial/visitation/funeral etc. even with lots of family and friends there to help. They worked respectfully in the background setting up and tearing down flowers, photos, guest books, prayer cards, etc. so quietly and quickly. When we needed help making decisions every step of the way they had the experience to guide us and looking back on everything now we are satisfied and happy with how everything went. They bring good quality items and arrange everything beautifully . We highly recommend Salmon and Wright!
