My wife and I kept calling Allstate's regular customer service # trying to find out where to go. He never reached out to explain that we could have driven to any of several mobile claim sites around town geared to speed up the process until we asked. After that time it seemed like he did not want to answer any questions we might of had. He referred us to Christina Foster who always provided excellent and prompt customer service. We only recently found out he gave us to another agent. No post card or mail that we're aware of explaining his departure. Maybe he was fired from Allstate? We have had Allstate since the 1970's and my father as an Allstate agent for almost 40 years, makes no difference to them.
