When I called to have the issue corrected, I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it. To make matters worse, while I was still on the phone trying to resolve the problem, another attempt was made to withdraw the full double amount from my bank account. Instead of helping resolve a billing issue that their office created, I was left stressed and worried about my finances.
