My expectation was to meet w/ my PA, who I was familiar with due to prior office visits. Instead, I was prompted to do a comprehensive neuro eval. My anxiety level ends to be rather high in general and skyrocketed in a new work up that was presented to me, (especially in situations that involve sudden, drastic change). I flunked my neuro eval, was super anxious, unable to concentrate. Hence, this drastic and sudden change was traumatic at best. My requests to stop was not heeded. I would evaluate my experience as a very poor customer service approach.

I have Blue Cross Blue Shield through my employer and allowed up to $1500 a year for dental work. Was going there for years paying cash because I didn't have insurance. now I do through my employer. I guess Blue Cross Blue Shield isn't good enough for them. Neither my mom or myself will be going there ever again.

I have been to this dentist, for a few years now..he is very calming, caring and listens. Very gentle. Office experience...very attentive, and I get texts and emails of upcoming appointments. I travel from Tombstone, AZ. I have been going to this particular dentistry, since 2005. I used to live in Elfrida, AZ, and that was the closest dentist to me then, but moved to Tombstone in 2017. It irks me to no end that our society has become so used to getting what we want right then, be it medical care, restaurant service, or whatever. Dr. Gray is a specialist; he deserves more respect then he receives. I have been going there since 2010, and I have personally witnessed his being called from his office to the hospital to care for urgent patients.
