No giant needle. No numbing half the face. His bedside manor was great. The extraction was $60. A bit more than some other Mexican dentists, but he's far better than even most American dentists. I almost took a star off the rating over the $2000 price of an implant for me, but it's still less than an implant in America and American insurance will reimburse. They did for the extraction. I haven't gotten the implant yet (still saving for it), but I plan to soon.

I then had my teeth cleaned and it was just excellent. The clinic is only a five minute walk from the border. It's not a jam-packed operation with dozens of staff and scores of patients. It's a very relaxed atmosphere. Everything is clean and everything I mentioned above was done for $150.
