After trying to get it all setup and working for MONTHS I finally figured it was worth getting a professional. Let me just say--Jacob was extraordinary. I had an appointment scheduled with him and an appointment scheduled with Safe Home later today. I wanted to price compare and get a feel for if someone was just trying to upsell me or if they were genuine and listened to what I wanted. I am SO glad JSB was scheduled first because immediately, I knew this guy was an expert. He listened to what I wanted, didn't try to upsell me, and made some great recommendations based on his years of experience. He was even able to connect my electronic door locks to my new security system!! Not to mention that during this process, he identified that I have had my Wifi set up incorrectly for years (I had my router and my Orbi set up with the same username and password, so they were competing with each other rather than working together). So now, I not only have an EASY TO USE security system (which is what I wanted), but now my locks are managed from my phone, and my internet is working so much better, haha!
