Super 5 stars. we got our first mortgage with them and then refinanced again less than a year later, and every time the paperwork was lightning fast and the best rates by a huge margin. that means lots of extra take home $$ that would not have been possible anywhere else- will definitely continue to work with them and am very grateful they are in washington! Looking to refinance from an adjustable to a fix rate I used the web to make the banks compete for my business. Just minutes after having filled out the online form the calls started coming in. What a mess. Mostly the first contact caller was what seems in inexperienced front office person collecting additional information. Next step was a pass over to "the banker" who without interviewing me for my specific needs made it very clear that his institution was the best and I better stop looking. What a nice change when Catlin called. From the partner/owner Jason to front and back office staff I have had only the most pleasant and most important, helpful conversations. I spoke to a Jason who said he closes 60 loans a month and did not need my business. I am not sure how they can stay in business with the attitude I recived. I would say stay away. read more

Like all the other reviews on this company, Jason and staff are amazing. We have worked with Jason on four refinances or loans over the past 5 years, and won't even consider working with anyone else. Jason knows this business like no one else; he keeps up on trending and potential market changes and advises based on his professional expectations and past experiences. He takes care of repeat clients - the company's website announced it was not taking new clients for several months during the unprecedented drop in rates during the COVID pandemic. But, after reaching out to Jason personally, he responded quickly, and got our refinance started on the same day! We were then assigned to Joshua who was highly professional and hard working on our behalf. He patiently answered all our questions, and communicated with us every day. We never missed a beat in the process, and ended up refinancing in mere days.
