I ordered a blouse on February 18th, 2018 and was told that it would be in within 7-14 days. I needed it for a special occasion for the 8th of March. I was assured that it would be there with no problem. Today is the 6th and I was told that they only get shipments on Wednesdays ly and that it would be there. It did not come. They don't know where it is or why it has not shown up but they won't let me get a refund until it does. What if it never shows up. Looking more closely at the receipt, it does state that it may take UP TO 15 business days to get there. However, since they only get shipments on Wednesdays that would be more than 15 business days. The ladies at Cato are amazing. I don't have a large clothing budget. They helped me shop and coordinate a wardrobe for my daughters destination wedding and 2 week vacation. The clerks remember your name, and are so friendly and helpful.i end up with more than I came for because they encourage me to be brave and try on things I would normally not try. Typical women's clothing store- also sells plus size. They tend to have a decent amount of clearance clothes, which is worth purchasing considering the 'regular' clothes are more on the expensive side.
