It's an hour trip for me to get to the store at Lighthouse Place, so we get there only once or twice each year. The other day I bought three great pairs of shoes, a pair of special insoles and a bottle of polish for about $260.00. I can't believe how stylish and comfortable they are and they will be in my wardrobe for many years to come. I love this store. You get so much more for the money.

Now I'm stuck with an item I do not want, we live in Chicago and driving almost 2hrs for a return is a planned event. We like The North Face and like this location for the deals. We will take our TNF business elsewhere going forward.

Looking more closely at the receipt, it does state that it may take UP TO 15 business days to get there. However, since they only get shipments on Wednesdays that would be more than 15 business days. Huge selection of their collection, not just the classic clog.  While I understand people do not…read moresee Crocs as a fashionable shoe store, their other styles are actually really cute.  I got 2 pairs of slides for the summer which allowed me to take advantage of their bogo 50% off sale, as well as a $6 container of their croc shine to keep the glitter on one pair and to keep the white unscuffed on the other pair.  I will porbably come back specifically to get a pair of their sneakers and possibly the coca-cola classic croc clogs.  Employees were also super helpful so that is a bonus.
