We are not in the City of Chicago where that may be more acceptable in some Chicagoland Areas. I do not know if they just get less merchandise at this particular location, but there were a lot of empty shelves in the store. The household goods department was very light. I was still able to find some decent items. Once thing I can say is that the clothing items were all well organized in all areas of the store. The front section was organized as well. The management team needs to get on top of this situation. I remember when this store opened I think in 2019 we were so excited. The cashier was very nice and considerate so that's why they got a "Maybe" and 3 stars based on her service.
