I just moved here to Ponca and I was used to the Enid location with Lincoln and he is the TOP manager and would never treat his customers the way Dona did. I will no longer be shopping here after the treatment I received. I made a layaway 11/16, two payments ($75) one being in December, and they put my stuff back in January without any phone calls at all. When I went to pick it up they couldn't find it and were shocked it was put back. The sweet girl working told me she would talk to Dona when she came in. I picked three new things out including one of the items that was previously put back. She assured me she would hold them so I could use my credit. The young girl called me Monday night or Tuesday and let me know she talked to Dona and they would give me my layaway down payment back so I was very happy with that. However, my husband stopped by this evening to pick up my credit and the 3 small items and he said the lady said she couldn't not give him the credit and that she put the items back on the floor again for inventory ( this is Wednesday).. I called the store and she was completely unapologetic, uncaring and never let me get a word in without interrupting me. Not impressed at all with your manager!!!!!

They worked quickly and our styles were absolutely beautiful. I appreciated that for my hair (bride), Jamie made it look exactly like my "inspiration" photo. The bridesmaids' curls were still beautiful at the end of our reception 12 hours later. Our makeup looked beautiful, glamorous, and complimented each person's features. They personalized the makeup to what each person wanted. During the months leading up to the wedding, Jamie was always extremely responsive to texts, which was much appreciated. She squeezed an additional person in last-minute due to her being stood up by another stylist! They allowed us to bring brunch to the salon to eat while we got ready! In summary, I cannot recommend these ladies highly enough. They provided an excellent experience from start to finish.
