Like Josh, I am also focusing on the beads and fabric (etc) side of the store. If Hobby Lobby…read moredoesn't have it or if I'm looking for something unique or specific, I drive a little further south to downtown Ponca so I can visit Sharps. Skip the bead catalog. I can get most of what I need for my projects from the cases and racks at Sharps. I love their fabric options. I love the beads of different types and sizes. And I love the other supplies that I can get. Sometimes staff can help me with my questions. I wish they knew a little bit more, like my quilt shop folks who can troubleshoot any question that I throw at them, but they've gotten better about fielding my questions over the years (or I've learned how to ask, perhaps). I have noticed that the friendliness of the staff is a little hit-and-miss. Some of that I attribute to who is working and what they might have had to deal with on the Pawn Shop (and accounting/paperwork) side of the store that day. But, I can be patient if it means that I'm not guessing at what I'm looking at (and waiting to ship) from a catalog and the quality of the items I want (that I can't find anywhere else locally)...yes, I can be patient. They do also sell gifts and finished pieces of artwork/jewelry. Many are fancy pieces with the prices that you'd expect for such fine workmanship. This portion of the store is not a place where I go for discounts. I've done small samples of some of their items. I know how long it takes just to do the small samples, not to mention the larger statement pieces. It's where I go for quality products that aren't available (in person) in many other places, locally...and where I go for fine gifts, if that's what I'm looking for. I don't often visit Pawn Shops, so that part looks ok and organized from where I shop in my part of the store, but I can't support or refute any other reviews on that portion of the business. In terms of accessibility, it is a compact shop. The good news is that a lot of it is in cases, so instead of reaching for things, you're having an associate pull things for you. In general, the aisles are diagonal and a little snug. Part of me hopes that someday they'll expand the arts and supplies portion into a new building, separating it from the Pawn Shop - giving a little more room for each to grow...and a little more space to display more of the clothing items (shawls, etc) so customers can get a clearer picture of the beautiful work tucked snuggly into those racks...maybe even offering a fitting room (dare I dream of a 3-way mirror?) where customers can combine some of the clothes with the jewelry - trying on full outfits to get the overall effects.

Ridiculous will not return staff was very rude and sarcasm must be there second languageread more
