After this, a lady came in at 12:11 for her appointment which I guess was at 12.30. He stops what he is doing, tells me I have to wait as she had an appointment, doesn't tell me how long I'll have to wait and begins working on hers. Half hour later I pay and leave without my mani. Bad business. I guarantee her appointment, she was either very late or very early. Either way, he should have finished my nails. He could have also let me know before hand and let me decide. Or even communicate how long. Very unprofessional and I will not waste my time like that again.

This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've had in a long time. We made an appointment…read morefor 3:30, but weren't seated until after 4:00. The pedicure water was cold, and it was a hassle to get them to warm it up. One person in our group didn't even have their water started until five minutes after everyone else. During my pedicure, the technician filed the back of my heel so aggressively that it started bleeding. They also didn't have the nail colors we wanted, and the prices were nearly double what I pay back home. To make matters worse, one of my nails broke the very next day--a first for me after wearing nails for over two years without issues. When I called to have it fixed and returned the next day, they made me wait over 30 minutes while continuing to take walk-ins within five minutes of arriving. The staff was unfriendly and clearly talking about my sisters and me. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

I'm so glad she got out of that because she has found her calling. I'm not gonna lie I went in today having put off a massage for too long. She had her work cut out for her in the form of multiple hard knots all around my shoulder blades. She worked to try and get these knots to release and they did quite a bit but I knew I would have to make a follow up appointment and so I did. I just wish I made it for tomorrow instead of in a week! Lol. Ann did a fantastic job and I can't wait to return!! I would highly recommend you give her a try but I need her schedule to stay open for me so don't bother! ;P
