Knowing that things were going into storage wardrobe boxes were not used instead, all of my clothes were left on hangars, wrapped with tape and covered with a black garbage bag. I asked them to pack the kitchen and dining room Where they packed China and Waterford together with kitchen items. Waterford crystal was not bubble wrapped, and therefore one of the glasses shattered. I don't know where it was stored, but everything was filthy, dirty. Don't use this company, unless you don't care about your belongings. It also Was not cheap. For the two moves and storage for six months. I paid this company Close to $10,000.
