Sal and his team are friendly, respectful and professional. Sal not only makes sure everything runs smoothly, taking no short cuts on the safety of property, he is right there with his team helping (assembling/disassembling, wrapping and carrying the furniture and boxes. DO NOT TRUST. The…read morealarm on my septic system went off. I called my septic guy but it turns out that he retired. Speidel & Sons took over his business and responded to the call. The guys came to my house as stated. They stated I needed a new pump and replaced it. After repair, the system was not working. According to Sean, it was the electrical system to the septic that was the issue. My family member made adjustments to the electrical system to make it work. The company still charged $2500 for a pump that was not needed (2 guys, 2 hours). Further, Sean stated there wasn't a warranty on the pump. What????? We looked up the pump (Liberty pump, model # 257 1-1/2; you can buy it on Amazon for $216!) I requested a receipt for a week straight, to date, Sean has not emailed me the receipt. I wonder why?? Job felt like a scam!
