The Doctor and optometrist are good and the receptionist has the difficult job of having to tell clients that all services need an appointment. It also takes a long time to get the glasses made but I assume most of that is not in their hands. read more

My whole family has been patients of Catskill eye care for at least 10 years . The doctor himself was great, the one star is for him. We all really liked him and he was thorough with his work. However we've decided to switch providers solely based on the poor service we've gotten from the two people who work in in the front. Such a bummer this is the reason we are leaving and the reason we wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. The front desk workers even broke a pair of my glasses while adjusting them and wouldn't reimburse me or acknowledge any wrong doing. I had to find another place to replace them. Terrible customer service, far from professional. Went to pick up my glasses only to be told I had to pay more than quoted become the frames weren't actually ones covered by my insurance as I was told. decided not to take them, was told I would be refunded, after 2 weeks and no refund called to follow up, the person was extremely rude. recieved a letter in the mail with my refund and a letter discharging me and the rest of my family as a patient. not that I would have went back! Dr Curtis was great it's too bad he has an unprofessional team working for him. read more

The entire time at my appointment I noticed increased cleaning procedures, masks, and the appointments are spaced out for social distancing. Dr. Curtis was amazing to work with, he was friendly, explained what he was doing in a way I could understand, and made me feel like a valued patient, unlike chain locations where I felt like I was being herded like cattle. Both of the employees at Catskill Eye Care Associates were wonderful and I am very glad I chose them for my eye exams after getting LASIK. read more

I've had a great experience every time I've been here. Dr. Curtis is wonderful, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. No one likes going to the eye doctor, but they make you feel very comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking quality care. read more
