Well, it's been well over a month and I've heard nothing. I called three times, got put on hold for over 9 minutes on one of the calls, no answer the other two. I sent an email through their website asking for someone to call me a week ago and still no response. If you're looking for a great doctor, you can't go wrong. If you're also looking for diligent office staff, forget about it. They are obviously careless and extremely inconsiderate.

Provider verbally abused patient regarding said review. I do not recommend this office. Office staff proceeded to stalk patient on social media sending protected health information over facebook and calling patient names. It needs to be added all of this occured in front of a minor child. After time and consideration it leads a person to wonder if this anger and hate towards a benign private post was racially motivated.

With no spare glasses in tow and not enough time to get a new pair shipped in, I would have to walk around with ridiculously lopsided frames. Robert examined my glasses and miraculously found an old pair of the same frame (this is a somewhat rare, German frame) in the back of the shop and took that temple and attached it to my glasses. He saved my sight and my trip. His quick thinking, resourcefulness, and customer service were just remarkable. This shop has "big city" style in terms of its frame selection but small town kindness and care. It is truly one of a kind. I can't wait to return to shop for new frames, and I hope Robert will be available to guide me through the excellent and wide selection of styles.

They got me in really quick, and I was surprised to see they had later evening appointments and Saturday appointments-perfect for those of us who work full time for the insurance we rarely get to use because most doctors don't like working Fridays or weekends either. I got in and out very quickly, my appointment took very little time surprisingly, the office was clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Vaughan was honest, frank, and answered my questions addressing concerns thoroughly and efficiently without making me feel like I was keeping him or boring him (that sounds odd but I've had a few eye docs and even worked for one for a while so it's something I've experienced more than once). After my appointment I was taken to the optician, Nikki (who of course was cool as sh*% because we had the same name), and she thoroughly explained my insurance, and helped me find a pair of glasses that not only looked good on my stupid-shaped face, but had beneficial attributes for me -like being lightweight and not giving me a headache because of where they sit on my ears. I also want to say that their selection of glasses was much better than other places I've been to in the area. They didn't all look exactly alike and their was a variety of brands and styles, and they didn't look like my mother or grandmothers glasses from 1980. I even found sunglasses I liked-which was important to me because I wear them for driving and get migraines. My glasses were ordered and I was out in like an hour from beginning to end. My glasses came in about a week as expected, and they gave me a few extra cleaning cloths and solution that they would refill for free anytime-unheard of in my experience and really awesome for those of us who clean their glasses frequently. This is also where the unique hours really helped me out because I didn't have to take off work to go pick them up! And I know if I ever need them adjusted I won't have to take off for that either. I can highly recommend Vaughan Vision for fast, friendly, and especially convenient service.
