I contacted Dr Bronsky's office, who refused to see my son since they were "too busy". Even though Dr Kraut was not in, his asst agreed to see my son right away to see if there was something she could do for him. Turned out that she did not have the right tools to ground down the fine sharp end, but gave us some dental wax as a temporary fix. The asst (Gloria??) was nice and helpful and did not charge us for the visit. Not a lot of work done here, but the attitude of the office is the right one, and I would definitely say that they are worth a try.

Overall, I could not be more happy. He has two offices. One in Binghamton and one in Endicott and NO they are not big fancy plush offices with game rooms and espresso machines and bubble gum flavored latex exam gloves. Hallelujah!
