Sakinah in particular likes to focus on 'people who help people' as she describes it. This makes her a great fit for people with chronic pain, pregnant women, and others who need less of a normal relaxation massage and those who need more restorative care. I would have gone back to Alex when the pain came back a few months later, but I live in Riverdale. I tried CBD oil and that helped to bring me to 90% pain free. Now, back in Hunter, NY for vacation I scheduled a myofascial massage with Alex.
