So much space to run around safely inside fenced areas with lots of trees for shade too. Inside, this building is immaculate. Considering how many dogs are here you'd never know it. The floors are spotless. Our dog attends daycare here twice a week and knows when it's a Take Five day. She is so excited she is usually pulling me into the car. We have also had her stay at Take Five for boarding over the weekend and we felt so good about leaving her. We knew she would be cared for and loved, and most of all safe. This is a special place!

Pawtsmouth Grooming did a great job grooming my dog, however I didn't hear their text message announcing when he was done as I was distracted due to a work meeting. Totally my fault and I apologized profusely when I picked up my dog 1 hr late. I even provided a generous tip on top of the surcharge I was penalized with. However Jesse was inconsolable and extremely upset, and red with rage. She told my wife and I that we could no longer use their services.....not that I wanted to after that experience. My advice to others is to be aware that she is VERY short-tempered, seems to have anger issues, and there are no 2nd chances. I believe I saw another review from someone named Jesse that described a similar behavior. Whatever you do, don't be late picking up your dog no matter what the excuse.
