My younger dog was seen a week ago for…read moreseparation anxiety and although I clearly explained issue, current medication and vet offered plan I was given incorrect directions on medication label and 10 days worth. Apparently I'm to go back every 10-14 days to pay for a refil. I called that day and was not helped, text a couple days later and then again yesterday & today. My poor dog has had no relief and they literally could care less and make having the issue brought up in the vet office taken care of. It's been an unnecessary mess & ongoing lack of treatmen. They do not send prescriptions to any third party. If they do carry the medication you will be forced to snail mail it to Chewy or the like. They do not offer the heart guard injections. You will need to give orally to your dog every month. Parking is a nightmare. There is a parking garage across the street but no elevator that I've ever been able to find and no validation. If the care was outstanding & people there responsive then maybe worthwhile otherwise, at this point, the squeeze is definitely not worth the juice.
