They cite their inability to process refunds. This is absolutely crap because they use a credit card pay system that allows reversal of transactions. This company should not be used as they do not have integrity. We paid the deposit and final amount on time. During the period where money was owed they were very responsive. Once the final balance was paid and the event came they went silent. Attempts to reach them on the event date were unsuccessful. The company couldn't even give a call to say there was a problem with them performing. I didn't want anyone else to go through this experience for a major event.

I spoke to the owner Danielle who was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer my questions. I was concerned there wouldn't be room in my banquet space for the photo stand, so Danielle graciously went out of her way to stop at my venue and scope it out to make sure it was doable. The next day, just hours before my event, I confirmed with her that I would like the photo stand, and she made it happen in the nick of time! They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." In reality, they had double booked with an event that obviously deemed more important. There was little communication during this time, and they promised a refund for those hours and digital pictures for free. And then they completely ghosted me no matter how many times I followed up. I never received the refund or pictures. They are incredibly unprofessional, and I would absolutely not recommend.
