Set up on time and don't nickel and dime for every minute like some other companies do. I was skeptical at first when Mike said they don't take deposits but they were punctual and he answered my many questions thru text. The mechanical bull was so much fun for both the kids and adults. It came with an attendant who was very nice and professional. Margarita machine was also a plus. I always speak with Mike when planning my events. You know you'll be taken cared of- he always delivers above and beyond products. This summer I had several parties, one for my Godson recently. They have new units with slides that was such a hit for the party (it was a bouncy house and a slide tandem!). I also rented tents, tables, chairs, popcorn, snow cone and cotton candy machine. He gave me a package deal that was hard to refuse. The crew came 30 minutes early to assess the area and set up the way we discussed prior to the event. They're pretty flexible with the set up and pick up schedule. They were a crew of 3; and were friendly, pleasant and professional. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Mike was good about answering all my concerns. All the units I've ever rented were packaged properly, clean and well maintained- he's assured me that they are disinfected properly after each use and it's reflected on how the products looked. Mike and his team were AMAZING! We threw a block party for 4th of July. They setup our MASSIVE bounce house within 20mins. They gave personal recommendations for where it would be best and then made it happen. The original agreement was for them to pick up at 8pm so we could start the fireworks show! However when they arrived, the street was completely blocked off with spectators in lawn chairs. We had no idea they showed up until they returned 1.5 hrs later to pick up the bounce house. I am giving this place a 5 star because, first of all, Mike (owner) has a big heart for kids and was very helpful. We use party rentals a lot because of the activities that we do with children i.e. gift giving and feeding. So we usually rent cotton candy and popcorn machines. Which we had rented at this place and they were delivered promptly at the time of event. However, right after the machines were delivered and it was time for us to use them, one of the machines wasn't working--cotton candy. We got a little disappointed, but we wanted to let Mike know the situation. At that time, he was at another event setting up. So it took about a good hour before he was able to rescue us with the machine. He made it a point that he wasn't going to leave our party without getting it back up and running. And let me tell you, he got the machine running again. Kids were very happy and started to line up for cotton candy. Mike ended up serving all of the children himself with cotton candy. He became one of the volunteers for that day. So if you are considering renting at this place, PLEASE DO SO! You will not only gain good customer service, but also a friend who is willing to help and go the extra mile. Definitely contacting him the next time we have a kid's party here in Houston. read more
