Scheduling was easy, and I was happy to know the Grooming service I chose included ear rinse and nail trim. Bruna was wonderful with my high-energy pup. She even offered to used a nail grinder since my pup has sensitive paws. Lila left the studio a new pup! She smelled wonderful for a whole week and wasn't itchy how she normally is. Her coat felt super soft, her ears were incredibly clean, and her nails were nice and short so she won't hurt herself when she scratches. Overall I know Lila had a great time getting professionally clean with Bruna. Bruna definitely cares for all the pups that walk in her studio. She was very gentle with Lila and did everything possible to make her comfortable. Lila will definitely be going back!

When I raised my concerns, the business blamed my husband and claimed he had specifically requested the cut. What made the situation worse was the owner's response afterward. I was told there was video footage proving their version of events and that I could view it, but when I asked to see it, I was told they couldn't send it to me. More than a year later, the owner is now publicly claiming that I was shown the footage and acknowledged what happened during a phone call, which never happened. I stand by my experience. The way a business handles a mistake or unhappy customer matters just as much as the service itself, and unfortunately, I did not feel heard or taken seriously. Completely unprofessional.
