I'd…read morebeen using Dalmation Station (they're HORRIBLE), had switched to Holly's Pet Grooming, she was the best by far, but also the cheapest at $50 p/pet;(she personally is FANTASTIC, 6-s on a 5-star scale), until she lost her lease and went to work grooming for The Pet Hotel. They raised their prices 4 times in less than a year by 50+%, Holly got nearly none of it. So they are by far the most expensive in the area. i was referred by my pet boarders to April's Angelic Paws in Suisun City. April's helper (Brian's) primarily does my two girls. Bri is great, does a 5- job, is only $60 per pet (instead of $90 per that The Pet Hotel wanted). And I don't have to deal with the Attitudes when you question them about why 4-price increases from $55 to $90 per pet in under a year. I still love Holly, but she's just an employee now, and has no say in their pricing. They gave her a $5 per pet bump in pay of the $35 increase. So I highly recommend April's Angelic Paws, along with my boarders, 'Those Dog-Gone Sisters' boarding, day-care & pet walking services. Read the reviews on them also, lots of reviews nearly all 5-s totally.

When we picked up our boy he looked fantastic and was so so happy! He was showing off how good he looked and felt. With the cooler weather this summer, and our boy's age and arthritis, we haven't bathed and groomed him at home as much as we'd like as we groom outdoors and prefer 90+ degrees so he doesn't get chilled or his arthritis aggravated. So the old boy's coat was a bit impacted and needed a good professional grooming. The Paw Spa gave him 2 treatments of deshedding conditioner then blew out the impacted fur. When we got home our boy was dancing and prancing all day just running around showing off. And for 2 days he would stand next to us for us to pet him - I think he was showing off and letting us enjoy his fully deshedded coat and soft silky fur. A week later and he's still walking up to strangers to let them enjoy his fresh, clean coat. The staff at The Paw Spa were nice at drop off and especially friendly when we picked up our boy (he loves charming folks and wins over everybody). As our old boy needs to meet new people every day or he gets very grumpy his clean soft coat draws everybody who sees him to pet him and be charmed by him. Our clean boy is getting so many new friends we haven't heard a grumpf or grumble or complaint in the week since the grooming. So, so nice for us! We're planning on becoming regulars and will be bringing both dogs in the future for regular grooming. One funny thing is the way we tell these 2 dogs apart is the color of their heads, dad is darker. Well, after dad's grooming he had lightened to match his son's color and for a week we couldn't tell them apart. But, this breed is known to change color often, and after a week he's starting to darken again.

Paige was very responsive when scheduling and she was kind when I brought him in. What I really liked was she only works with one dog at a time so he wasn't stuck in a crate. He had a bath, cut, teeth brushed, nails filed and was ready to be picked up a little over an hour later. The salon felt calm and each groomer does 1:1 so there weren't a bunch of other dogs there at one time. Price was reasonable too!!

Justin was very patient with Benny. It took a lot of coaxing to get him on the table, but once he was there, and muzzled, along with my petting him, he allowed Justin to clip his nails. I'm part owner in several auto dealerships, I know what customer satisfaction should be, if she worked for me and spoke to any of my customers like that, she'd be immediately fired. I will say they are good at what they do, but the fees are a little excessive. From day care fees, late drop off fee, special handling fee for Nail trim. The full package including special handling fee is 120, then got charged 20 for a late pick up fee and a 10 dollar fee for long nails but they did take care of me by not charging a late drop off fee, so the total came out to 150.Would I recommend? Yes, if your dog is pretty calm and if you could reserve a couple hours of your day to ensure you drop/ pick up in a timely manner. Other than that they do get your dog looking good when you pick up.
