This is a good place. Wife and I both like it. It's popular with the college crowd so it's often fairly busy. It's sort of a chipotle style system: you walk down a line, tell them if you want grains, greens or combo and then the toppings you want. I am thoroughly excited about Cava. For so long I've said we need more healthy fast food- and Cava isn't really even fast food, more along the lines of a Chipotle experience- but you can get a huge, healthy, nourishing and delicious meal here without breaking the bank. Where it stands out for me is the quality of the ingredients and the care that's clearly been put into selecting each one. Here there's not just a choice of if you want lettuce, but I think there were actually FOUR kinds to choose from? Not just white or brown rice, but a grain free mix too. They ask you when you come in if you have dietary restrictions right upfront. That's so nice and would make me feel so comfortable bringing my friends who have restrictions with me along to this place. I had the braised lamb- omg. It's going to be hard for me to resist getting this every time I come in. It's so hard to find lamb on a menu in NWA, and here they have it in meatballs and braised. I do wish there was a seafood choice like salmon (zoeys kitchen, who used to be here, had an incredible salmon) but honestly, I don't think I'll miss it if the lamb is consistently this good. They have a really substantial amount of extra toppings, sauces, and dips- and the harissa is actually spicy which was a lovely surprise. I had some kind of green dressing, which I highly recommend. I definitely plan on continuing to come back until I've tried everything here. It's a great distance from my work and keeps really well in the work fridge until it's time for my lunch break. I agree with the other review that calls this a Mediterranean Chipotle. My favorite thing about Cava that I have found lacking in some of the local Greek places is the ability to replace carbs and have more of a keto meal. You can choose a pita or a bowl and the bowls have two keto grain options, lentils and "right rice" made from garbanzo beans. I had the harissa honey chicken bowl with lentils and super greens. They also have unique herbal and fruit teas that were all very tasty. read more

At first delicious, then halfway through the meal my tummy started rumbling. Now it's 3 days after and I've been off work ever since and I haven't ate a single thing due to extreme food poisoning. Used to have the best lemon chicken bowl! Literally could not get enough of it! Tried going back today, but the bowl was gone. I tried a different bowl and got some of their dressings on the side to try. the ones I tried tasted like extra salty butter w/ no tang or flavor... super disappointing.. I don't suggest their Greek or garlic dressing at all. But if they ever have the lemon one back, I would definitely suggest trying it! And their crazy feta dip & pita chips are amazing! read more

Super delicious food and really nice staff. I did have one issue: there isn't a tip jar available for the staff. Sometimes large crowds of people, especially the Sunday after church crowd, need reminders that service employees are humans and have to pay bills (hence having a job). They were super busy and still polite. A tip jar would help with employee retention. read more

LOVE CAVA!!! No matter how long the line is, the service is always quick and friendly! They have options for everyone as well. The food is always great. The only thing is I wish they had a little bit more seating but I know they can't help that, just be prepared if you're coming in during a busy hour there will most likely not be seats. For the third time in the last few weeks I have placed a to go order from the app for pickup and the bowl was completely wrong. It's as if the person taking the order just decides nope, this is the food you are going to get instead adding extra ingredients and leaving requested ones out. I called to let them know how consistently this happens. Daniella answered the phone and rather than offer to remake the order if I came back or some other remedy she advised they have a new person making the To Go orders and that's it. That was all she had to say besides she's sorry about that. I will not be returning. read more

I love this place! The food is fresh and so so flavorful! I've seen it be described as mediterranean chipotle and the description is definitely spot on. There are so many options and honestly you could get something different every time and be impressed every time. For sauces I highly recommend the skhug (the green sauce) and for a drink you HAVE to have the strawberry citrus juice. It's better than your favorite strawberry lemonade. My only caveat is that it can be expensive with additions like lamb and if you get pita chips but the military discount made it all worth it with a whopping 50% off... That's enough to make me enlist right there. read more

Order pickup via their app, app said pickup ar 5 pm. I arrived early,about 456 and the order had not been started. At 501 I was told the meatballs needed to be cooked and it would be 10 minutes. This is the first time I have tried cava. Regardless of how good the food is first impressions has a huge black eye. read more

Everytime you place a mobile order, literally place it 30 minutes before you actually want to pick it up. They are never on time and you'll get your order quicker if you just walk in and order it yourself. I placed an order for 6pm and got here 25 minutes late, yet I'm still waiting for them to complete it while the line is very small. It should not be a 30 minute wait. read more

This place saved my marriage, kids, and my great grandmas mother in law. Their food is literally the only reason I survived and got off of my 600 pound life. We found this place on a cold rainy fall afternoon and really enjoyed our visit. My thoughts are that this is a Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Many fresh options including multiple lemonade like drinks with great flavor combinations. Hope to find additional Cava's as we travel. read more

My mother was eager to try CAVA for the first time and came home disappointed with the service. The staff purposely ignored her presence as she waited to be assisted. Staff was present but did not greet her or acknowledge her. She was the only person in line at the time, looking at the menu when another couple walked in. The staff immediately went to assist the couple that walked in after her. She mentioned this to the staff and they stated that they didn't see her, however, she was the only one waiting in the foyer at the time. This establishment shows poor customer service and experience. Please do better. read more
