I gave this a 3 star the music and ambience was great. It's a nice place lots of TVs with sports on. The service was functional she was nice not very attentive to us. It was not really busy. Had to reminder her to bring our tab back. But the food... not so good. I took a picture of the cheese on the nachos. That was it not much more cheese there. But there were good toppings. My wings.... I have never eaten 20 wings and wished I had 20 more because I was still hungry until this place. I'm not sure where they source there wings from maybe the mini mart. But they were 100% the smallest I have ever seen! It was like eating tiny baby corn. I'll never eat those there again! Epic failure. Takes a lot for me to give 5 stars for a local spot that serves burgers, brew and wings but this family establishment earned my 5 stars with their manager Amanda who took care of us around 8 pm on a Saturday night. She gave great recommendations on the beers on tap as well as the 411 on the incredible lineup of 50 wing sauces. She even brought us a tasting plate with a piece of paper with the coordinating numbers so we could look up each sauce to see what we were tasting. Fries were hand cut which I loved. Wings were large and on point. Nothing I hate more than slimy wings and these were crisp yet loaded with buffalo sauce that was some of the tastiest I've ever had. Restaurant was clean and tidy. TV screens everywhere so we were able to enjoy a Seahawks pregame. And again, the service we received from Amanda pretty much set the stage for an absolutely lovely late evening meal. Locally owned and operated makes this a gem in Fayetteville. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you in any way. They are now carrying local beers. I love their quesadillas with the jalapeno cheddar tortilla!! Almost a meal for two! My husband will only eat chicken wings from here! You can always find the Razorbacks and any other great sports on one of their many TVs. Great place for hanging out with friends or bring the family for dinner! This visit to the Fayetteville location was a disappointment. The food was good (although the garlic Parmesan wings had zero flavor). The service was TERRIBLE. Four of us at the table. Only one other table with customers and one guy at the bar so definitely not too busy. Server only took 3 of 4 drink orders and scampered off. (And if you're going to skip someone, don't skip the guy who's obviously paying the bill.) Appetizer came and it was fine. Our bone-in wings came out after about 20 minutes. 10 minutes later we found the waitress to ask about an order of boneless wings and she had forgotten to put the order in. The bone-in wings were "baskets"...supposed to come with fries, oops. The boneless wings came out. We asked about the fries...she had forgotten to put the fries order in. We ordered one order of celery sticks and she brought two (and charged us for both @$2.50 each. For celery!) Server was very inattentive and there were plenty of other employees just hanging out. My bill for 4 people to eat wings and have a beer (each person had one beer) was $115 (before tip). I understand food costs and I understand the challenge of hiring employees. But this was not the pleasant dining out experience it should have been. read more

Food was amazing, but our server was not the best. She started off very strong and was very nice. Offered us different options for our food and even gave us some tips to help pick out food. But towards the middle of our dinning she disappeared for half an hour and only came to check on the table maybe 2 times the entire night. Once we got the bill I tipped what I thought she deserved. She later approached me while I was asking for darts and said how "my tip was very disappointing and insulting" and even "I'm very good at my job and your tip wasn't even 10%" basically stating that she wanted a bigger tip. The lady I placed my order with was very nice and the food was ready when we got there (we showed up a little early so I'm glad we got there when we did.) The owner told me he had to get his distributor to bring in the right ones from Wisconsin or somewhere in cheeseland! Completely different than when they cut up mozzarella sticks. Tons of wing flavors too. I change my flavor every few months but I've been hooked on Spicy Garlic Parmesian for a while now. Burgers are great too. Hard to find anything to complain about! When you think of the south what do you think of? Me personally, I think of fried pickles, mushrooms and okra. And let's not forget the chicken wings. I am having a craving to fire up my deep fryer as I type this but I think I better wait as I might not make it back to the computer anytime soon. Their location on College is the one I have primarily gone into. Now, during game time when the games are on the tv's it can get a little loud and crazy. To be honest I have gotten to that point in my life where I like it a little quieter, so you generally will not find me there during those times. But for those of you who like to get together and hang out with friends, eat some good food and watch some games, well this is a good place to do. Their fried pickles are really good, the batter is spot on. As are their mushrooms and okra. This makes a foodie from the south go NUM NUM NUM. Their wings are also very good. I have had a couple of times where I got some that were overcooked for my liking, but if I mentioned it, they were always taken care of. And that is the cornerstone of good customer service, taking care of customer complaints immediately. All in all though, I have really liked the wings I have gotten there. Add a little blue cheese to the side and you have a winning combination. Their mushroom and swiss burger tastes really good. They might be just a tad, and by that I mean a small tad, high on what they are asking on a couple of their burgers and their philly. But hey, I am also at that stage where I look at the gas prices and go "man, I remember when that was 50 cents a gallon". So maybe I am just living in the past a little too much.
