My abuser who was labeled victim used revenge porn that he got from another man that was mad at me and trying to make my abuser appear in court because he had missed all of my court days . My lawyer asked why was he mad and I showed him the screenshots of why he was mad talking about another man, but he was trying to get a restraining order on me within that text message was a photo of me half naked ! It was over looked and not even addressed . It was witness tampering done being he never came to court and when he did he wanted to drop the charges but the court wanted to prosecute me within no victim. I have a text messages and proof of the guy that sent him the nude photo that he was going to have him send me and jail and he hopes he punched me and jail and my abuser even said on a three-way call with the other guy fuck you your going to jail. I was not given a restraining order because he was a victim. I was giving that because he was mad that he got cheated on. If he was such a victim, why was he with me for seven months before the court date? Even on May 7, 2022 weeks before the court date he had sex with me . I paid over 7.5k plus with lawyer , bail, court fees, community service , and domestic violence classes for a year when I was a victim, my abuser later tased me at a hookah lounge months later and got away with it . I am not on anti depressants due to the years of trauma and abuse I've received and never been listened to or properly helped . In order for me to get body cam footage That shows that I said he choked me out, but they put on the police report that he was on top of me and I couldn't breathe, which did not say that he choked me . So I took a plea not being able to afford $10,000 to go to trail . My abuser was 9 years older than me my frontal lobe wasn't even developed but I was accused of being a man beater. Updated : in the police docket due to my situation being a Dv case there were no photos taken of me only 11 photos of the self proclaimed victim. I recall even mentioning all of this to my lawyer at the time, even mentioning that they didn't put the correct thing on my report, even mentioning that no pictures were taken of me when I went to the police station, even though they gave me a Band-Aid for my blood, they do not Document it . My reputation in my future was ruined by a one-sided biased, gender based story. I was not heard I was silence even after paying $4000 to prove the obvious I still basically lost because I cannot get certain jobs and my quality of life has went down. The docket also approved that the proclaim victim did not even follow up with the detective, despite saying that he was a victim, proving that his motives were not done out of being a victim, but because I was talking to another man as it showed in my text messages that showed my Lawyer my last day of court because they were wondering why the proclaim victim was so mad and finally showed up to court when they missed most of the court days. I am now beginning a civil lawsuit against the police department for negligence and misconduct because I am older now and wiser now I am not 24/25 and this was not my reality. It was never supposed to be my reality. I had no previous history of crimes Now I have to reply on actual body cam worn footers that I will have to get myself because I would've had to pay more money for the lawyer to actually care for my future as a young woman to prove that I stated that I was choked to prove my injuries and everything Because I have a strong civil case here.
